Returns/Exchanges
We are very proud of our Kate Douglas products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return/exchange procedure.

Please fill out and print the Returns/Exchanges Form outlining your order information.

Please note the following conditions apply:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, 60 days for international.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (Original tags attached, unworn, free of perfume smells or odours and marks).
  • Completed Returns/Exchange Form included with the returned item(s).
  • All exchanges must be accompanied by a self-addressed, pre-paid Australia Post satchel.

    We DO NOT accept any returns/refunds for the following:

    • Sale items. (This includes items reduced from original RRP or items purchased during a sale). Sale items are deemed as FINAL sale. Size or product exchange may be possible if stock is available. Please contact us via email with requests.
    • Underwear or hosiery due to hygiene reasons
    • Gift Certificates / Voucher
    • International sales

    Refunds (Only available for full priced items, sale items are not refundable).
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once the items have been reviewed.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    If you have not received your refund within 14 days after advice that the refund has been processed, please contact us at info@katedouglas.com.au.

    Sale items (if applicable) 
    Only full priced items can be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale and will not be refunded. A size or item exchange may be considered if stock is available. Contact us via email with your request.

    Exchanges (if applicable) 
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange sizes, please send us an email so we can check available stock before you send your item. Send your item to: Kate Douglas Maternity, PO Box 7123, East Brisbane, QLD, 4169. 

    You are required to send a self addressed pre-paid post satchel with your return to facilitate the exchange. If the postbag is not provided, the cost of the return shipping will be billed to you. 

    Gifts 
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. 

    Shipping 
    To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kate Douglas Maternity, PO Box 7123, East Brisbane, QLD, 4169. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an item refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Exchanges: You are required to send a self addressed pre-paid satchel with your return to facilitate the exchange. If the postbag is not provided, the cost of the return shipping will be billed to you. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
